Declaration of Compliance & Standards 

True Seal Mobile Notary upholds the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and integrity. All notarial acts are performed impartially, in compliance with Georgia law, and with respect for the confidentiality of every client. We do accept signatures from minors so long as they have a valid form of identification and verify that they understand and agree to the document(s) they are signing. We accept documents in all languages so long as all signers are able to communicate with the notary public effectively.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if there is reason to believe that any signer is being coerced, if the situation appears unethical, if required notarial standards cannot be met, if proper identification is not provided, or if the safety of our notary or any party is at risk. All services are performed in accordance with Georgia law and professional notarial ethics.​
