Yes. All signers must be physically present at the time of notarization. Remote or proxy signing is not permitted. This does not mean you cannot get your part of the document completed. If all signers cannot be present, they may complete their signature at a later date, but a separate notarization will be required.

Yes. All personal information is handled with care and confidentiality and is never sold or shared, except as required by law or for secure payment processing. Georgia Law as of January 2025 requires all notary public officials to keep a ledger of each notarial act which you will need to sign at your appointment.

Yes, we provide mobile notarizations in healthcare facilities and other approved locations. Jail notarizations require facility approval and coordination.

Yes, evening and weekend, same-day, and urgent appointments are available by request and are subject to availability, schedule, and location. Additional fees may apply.
